    We're looking for someone who properly stores, transfers, ships and receives raw materials, packaging goods and finished products in a safe and orderly fashion. Maintains the quality of perishable items and inventories all warehoused goods. Supplies processing and packaging rooms with proper supplies as needed.



    • Operates and maintains power lifting equipment, inspects same for safety.
    • Performs daily inspection and preventative maintenance of power equipment.
    • Adheres to company policies, procedures, GMP’s and SOP’s.
    • Responsible for overall cleanliness & organization of Warehouse.
    • Ensures all lift truck batteries are charged, clean, & filled properly daily.
    • Assists Warehouser as needed.
    • Ensures compliance to quality, food safety and HAACP support programs; assures conformity to all company, customer and government standards.
    • Works in a safe, accident-free manner.
    • Ensures receipt of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
    • Replenishes supplies of packaging and raw materials to production areas as needed.
    • Unloads inbound materials and inspects containers for damage.
    • Stores all bulk warehoused items safely in designated areas.
    • Inspects, operates and maintains power lifting equipment.
    • Returns production materials to appropriate warehouse racks after use.
    • Wraps and prepares finished product pallets for shipping.
    • Maintains company standards for cleanliness, food and equipment safety and productivity in the production area.
    • Rotates raw and packaging materials upon receipt and when returning to storage after use.
    • Ensures all raw materials containers are properly labeled.
    • Performs daily inspection and preventative maintenance of power equipment.
    • Identifies products to be shipped, verifies label and codes, loads appropriate amount onto trucks to be shipped.
    • Enters information for inventory of products corresponding to amount received and shipped.
    • Seals trailers for shipment after product loaded and final verification process completed.
    • Ensures compliance to quality, food safety and HAACP support programs; assures conformity to all company, customer and government standards.
    • Performs other duties / responsibilities as assigned by management.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • Must be able to successfully attain powered industrial truck operating certification.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively – verbally & in writing – to other employees and Management.
    • Experience in operating hi-lo, fork truck, power jack and shrink wrap equipment.
    • Basic mechanical aptitude, computer use knowledge, and good math skills are required.
    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • Previous experience as a forklift operator required.
    • Ability to work cooperatively in a team.

    Working Conditions/Environment

    Works in a manufacturing environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, read, sit, stand, walk, reach, lift, grasp, climb and bend while working in a fast-paced production environment. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and push/pull up to 150 pounds. Must be able to work 8-10 hour shift (sometimes longer) with regular breaks.  May be required to work extended hours and/or weekend shifts. The employee is regularly exposed to heat, fumes, odors, dust, oil, slippery floors, moving parts/equipment and non-toxic industrial waste and scrap.  The noise level in the plant is loud.  Earplugs, safety glasses and hairnets, beardnets (if facial hair exists) and steel-toed / slip-resistant shoes are required in the plant in accordance with company GMP and safety standards.
