Directs, supervises and evaluates the sales efforts of Foodservice brokers in an assigned region to achieve assigned sales objectives. Develops sales plans and strategies with each broker and ensures compliance to all required company policies and procedures within their Southwest Region.
Works in a normal home/office environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, see, hear, sit, stand, talk, type, walk and bend while moving about the facility. The noise level in the office is quiet. Extensive travel to each market is required.
