Our Operations Coordinator must be willing to make Bantam their highest priority through leading back end infrastructure and keeping our supply chain and operations team functioning at a high level. To ensure we maintain our high touch customer relationships, this role will partner with the Director of Supply & Operations Planning (S&OP) on all customer service needs and operations support. By acting as the liaison between Bantam and our customers, this role will participate in all initiatives to improve infrastructure support and management to create solutions for the business.
Works in an office and (at times) manufacturing/warehousing environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, read, hear, sit, stand, walk, and occasionally bend while moving about the facility. The employee may be occasionally exposed to conditions consistent with a manufacturing environment. The noise level in the office is quiet and moderate in the manufacturing/ warehousing facilities. Hairnets are required in the manufacturing facilities in accordance with GMP and safety standards.
While this role with be anchored in the New York City office with opportunity to work from home 1-2 days/week, the employee must be willing to travel 25-50% to visit manufacturing plants and/or warehouses (all within tri-state area). Potential for additional travel to assist in coordinating activities related to national food shows, large retailer, or press events.
