    Join the most disruptive brand in the frozen breakfast set! Our dedicated Regional Sales Manager will lead heart first and run through walls to grow sales in both current and new retail accounts on the West Coast. This role will lead and participate in initiatives to grow sales in current accounts and trail blaze growth into new distribution. With a go-getter attitude, this role must take ownership to drives sales making Bantam the number one priority to this market by developing relationships with heartstrings. This person will act as the liaison between Bantam and all retail customers on the West Coast with the exception of a few key accounts.


    Support all Regional business in California and the Pac Northwest including:

    • Present to buyers and key accounts, visit stores, and lead sampling and/or other retailer-specific marketing initiatives.
    • Regular sales calls to all regional accounts including category reviews and maintenance calls.
      • Director of Sales and/or Founders will accompany during annual reviews at key accounts (i.e., Safeway, Vons/Pavillions, etc)
    • Maintain review calendar by account and ensure that review meetings are booked for each cycle.
    • Build and maintain custom promotional plans per account. Partner with and manage brokers to submit promotional plans and paperwork.
    • Manage and support local demo teams.
    • Monitor distributor fill rates.
    • Analyze impact of ongoing merchandising projects to manage regional brokers and regional merchandising teams.
    • Attend National Sales shows in partnership with full Bantam squad.
    • Review regional IRI data and develop insights to share with key retailers.
    • Report trends, feedback and insights from the field back to the full Bantam team on a regular basis.
    • “Trail blaze” a path to penetrate the Pac Northwest Indy’s thought building relationships with high-touch maintenance.
    • Report weekly on West Coast retailer updates.


    • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Sales, Marketing or related field.
    • 3-5 years’ experience in food CPG sales space, preferably frozen sets.
    • Broad knowledge of regional retailers and customers. (with knowledge and experience of working with independent retailer space)
    • Must be able to lead projects and proactively anticipate and address issues in an entrepreneurial culture.
    • Prior experience working with IRI and other syndicated data sources.
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite. (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
    • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.

    Working Conditions/Environment

    Must live on the West Coast, preferably the San Francisco Bay Area. Must be willing to travel 75-80% in the region to visit individual and national retailers and attend all regional and national trade shows; travel may be more often during review seasons. Must be able to work remotely and on the road.
