Our dedicated Regional Sales Manager will lead heart first and run through walls to grow sales in both current and new retail accounts on the West Coast. This role will lead and participate in initiatives to grow sales in current accounts and trail blaze growth into new distribution. With a go-getter attitude, this role must take ownership to drives sales making Bantam the number one priority to this market by developing relationships with heartstrings. This person will act as the liaison between Bantam and all retail customers on the West Coast with the exception of a few key accounts.
Support all Regional business in California and the Pac Northwest including:
Must live on the West Coast, preferably the San Francisco Bay Area. Must be willing to travel 75-80% in the region to visit individual and national retailers and attend all regional and national trade shows; travel may be more often during review seasons. Must be able to work remotely and on the road.
