Position Summary: The Finance Manager will lead the annual (zero base approach) for HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Shared Services, partner with Total Rewards leader on financial prowess to maximize decisions and impact to P&L, and act as financial lead for all reorganizations, reporting and analysis. Additionally, the Finance Manager will assist in monthly payroll entries, and lead salary, headcount, and benefit forecasting.
Works in a normal office environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, see, hear, sit, stand, talk, type, walk and bend while moving about the facility. The noise level in the office is quiet.
