    Responsibilities

    • Development of end-to-end ecommerce solution for both retail and foodservice business units
      • Develop MAPS strategy for e-commerce; focus on brand assortment and merchandising
      • Develop the roadmap to connect LCC digital assets to e-commerce sites for immediate sales opportunities
      • Develop our product & sales assortment strategy for the foodservice channel
      • Optimize our supply chain to enable LCC to win with Amazon, Jet, and other larger online retailers
    • Attend all weekly lunch and learns
    • Present findings to senior leadership including ROI

    Qualifications

    • Current senior or graduate student with an accredited institution majoring in strategy, finance, or marketing
    • Strong communication
    • Project Management and execution
    • Strong background/studies with change management
