    Responsibilities

    • Continued development and execution of our career paths to help our associates continue to move and develop through The Better Food Company
      • Finalize execution: roll out, communication, and change management
    • Assist in action planning leveraging engagement survey to focus on driving change mangement through the organization in partnership with our HR Business Partners
    • Design and execute a communications campaign focused on preventative care to continue to educate and develop our associates
    • Assist in the implementation for HR's Talent Management System
    • Attend all weekly lunch and learns
    • Present findings including ROI to senior leadership

    Qualifications

    • Current senior or graduate student with an accredited institution majoring in Human Resources or a related field
    • Strong project Management and execution
    • Prior experience or project work in change management
    • Collaboration with cross functional team
    • Strong verbal and written communications
