    Responsibilities

    • Develop HR Standard Operating Procedures's for future state transactional processes (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Severance, Onboarding, Interviewing, etc.)
      • Focused to develop a HR Toolkit
    • Create electronic onboarding and new hire paperwork process 
    • Create and lead a Applicant Tracking System committee inclusive of various locations to determine system improvements and changes to better support our manufacturing facilities
    • Evaluate the PTO policy focused on future satte accruals for the Kronos time keeping system
    • Attend all weekly lunch and learns
    • Present findings including ROI to senior leadership

    Qualifications

    • Current senior or graduate student with an accredited institution majoring in Human Resources or a related field
    • Strong project Management and execution
    • Ability to understand and evaluate workflows and processes
    • Collaboration with cross functional team
    • Strong verbal and written communications
