    Responsibilities

    • Determine replacement of brown sugar, molasses, and liquid sucrose
    • Reformulate existing Foodservice sauce and dressing SKUs for cost optimizaiton focused on:
      • Conversions of formulas leveraging brown sugar, molasses, and liquid sucrose
    • Attend all weekly lunch and learns
    • Present findings including ROI to senior leadership

    Qualifications

    • Current senior or graduate student with an accredited institution majoring in Research and Development, or a related field
    • Understand of functional and technical aspects of ingredients used in sauces and dressings
    • Strong project Management and execution
    • Sensory analysis of prototypes to determine optimal formulations

    • Ability to develop quickly with relevant, on-target products
    • Communication Skills – presentations, report outs in meetings, running meetings
    • Drive for Results – independently advancing projects in the right direction and meeting timelines
