    Responsibilities

    • Develop project plan to create 3-5 flavors of refrigerated dressings
    • Build plan to deliver results against goals
    • Describe technical skills and competencies needed to deliver results
    • Develop core and extended teams required for project success
    • Develop approach for working with teams – communication/collaboration/timelines/lab work
    • Maintain detailed project notes and document formulations and critical spec attributes in our specification data base (Pathway)
    • Build expectation report will be delivered at conclusion of project
    • Attend all weekly lunch and learns
    • Present findings including ROI to senior leadership

    Qualifications

    • Current senior or graduate student with an accredited institution majoring in Research and Development, or a related field
    • Planning and Executing plans
    • Functional/Technical role of ingredients in salad dressing
    • Understand the parameters to develop dressing that are not only food safe, but also stable from a micro perspective
    • Sensory analysis of prototypes – determine optimal formulations

    Competencies

    • Flexibility – ability to juggle multiple products, while pursuing several development routes
    • Communication Skills – presentations, report outs in meetings, running meetings
    • Drive for Results – independently advancing projects in the right direction and meeting timelines
