    Marketing Coordinator – Angelic Bakehouse

     

    The Marketing Coordinator will assist in all marketing activities including serving as the Social Media Community Manager for all social media platforms. Ideal candidate is someone digitally savvy and excited about working in a fast-pace environment for a fast-growing company. Reports to Marketing Manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Primary functions include: social media, multimedia content production, influencer marketing, content marketing, blogging, digital advertising and email marketing.
    • Serve as Community Manager for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube.
    • Triage any customer services issues working with cross-functional team to quickly and effectively respond to customer issues and questions in as close to real-time as possible and always within 24 hours.
    • Assist with photo and video shoots with internal and external creative teams. Includes pre-planning and prop shopping.
    • Manage a best-in-class influencer marketing ambassador program; responsible for day-to-day influencer communication.
    • Assist in paid advertising efforts for social advertising, paid search, display advertising, native advertising, Amazon advertising and other digital advertising.
    • Make basic website updates in WordPress CMS.
    • Write blog posts.
    • Process food shipments for influencers.
    • Assist with processing ecommerce order shipments as needed.
    • Work with sales team to facilitate communications and other needs.

    Qualifications

    Ideally 2 – 4 years marketing experience specifically previous community management experience and ideally with some experience in the CPG industry.

    Working Conditions/Environment

    Work Environment:

    The employee is regularly in a traditional office environment in a production facility. However, while performing the duties of this job, the employee may also be near moving mechanical equipment and may be regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee may occasionally access high, precarious places and may be occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and extreme heat or cold.
