    The Marketing Manager will serve a highly digital marketing role responsible for strategizing, planning and implementing social media content / digital content, leading a top-performing community management program to grow and strengthen the Angelic Bakehouse brand across key digital platforms and managing digital advertising buy (paid search, paid social, programmatic, amazon) through agency partner. This role also leads all influencer marketing building and maintaining influencer relationships as well as identifying top influencers in the category and areas of growth. Ideal candidate is someone highly entrepreneurial and is ready to own the day-to-day work of running the digital content marketing for a fast-growing company.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Primary functions include: social media, multimedia content production, influencer marketing, content marketing, blogging, creative direction, digital advertising, email marketing and analytics.
    • Strategize, plan and implement all digital content for social media, email marketing content and website to grow and strengthen the Angelic Bakehouse brand.
    • Maintain and build monthly editorial calendars for digital content marketing; calendar includes social media content, email content, and blog content plus advertising support.
    • Manage Marketing Coordinator who will serve as Community Manager for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube.
    • Execute photo and video shoots with internal and external creative teams. Includes pre-planning, prop shopping, talent management and leading day-of execution of shoots.
    • Lead and manage a best-in-class influencer marketing ambassador program; responsible for influencer relationships and content.
    • Assist in paid advertising efforts for social advertising, paid search, display advertising, native advertising, Amazon advertising and other digital advertising working with advertising agency.
    • Insure marketing spend is driving increased revenue for retail, ecommerce and Amazon. Work with agency to maximize ROAS.
    • Coordinate with web development partners for website updates and email marketing execution.
    • Determine software needs and appropriate partners for influencer marketing, email marketing and social media management.
    • Stay current with the digital/social landscape; seek out new innovative opportunities for the brand to tell and build its story on social.

    Qualifications

    • Ideally 5 – 8 years marketing experience with some experience in the CPG industry. Ability to work highly independently.

    Working Conditions/Environment

    This position will be based at Angelic Bakehouse Headquarters in Cudahy, WI
