    You’ll be an Artist- ensuring that our product displays always look attractive and appealing in stores

    You’ll be a Diplomat- negotiating and collaborating with store managers to elevate our branding opportunities and sales at store level 

    You’ll be a Pioneer- staking your claim within your territory by calling on new accounts and working with buyers hand in hand with the Director of Sales to expand the selection and representation of Angelic Bakehouse products in store.

    Territory Sales Manager is a full-time position that is responsible for selling, merchandising, and growing Angelic Bakehouse’s complete line of quality products to existing and new accounts within a designated territory.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the relationship, sales growth, and service of all retail stores within territory.
      • Store Visits
      • Headquarter calls
    • Ownership of all territory activity, including but not limited to, merchandising, display assembly, promotion execution, and emergency response to customers needs (i.e., store resets, sample drops)
    • Interacts with direct and indirect customers with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy
    • Build relationships/rapport with store personnel – know key decision makers and managers by name
    • Effectively communicates all promotional activity and pricing changes to accounts within territory
    • Seek and pursue selling opportunities within territory
    • Maximize and utilize available selling areas, seeking additional selling space throughout the store
    • Maintains all signage, POS, and shelf tags and process requests as needed
    • Maintains relationships and partnerships with distributor representatives as needed to ensure Angelic Bakehouse products are prioritized for delivery and merchandising.
    • Maintains consistency of service and dependability
    • Merchandise all retail locations within territory using proper rotation techniques to ensure product freshness
    • Communicates with customers as needed via telephone, verbal, e-mail, or written
    • Maintains customer contact list in mobile CRM software
    • Providing weekly status and progress updates to Director of Sales
    • Responsible for reporting quality and/or distribution issues to Director of Sales on a timely basis
    • Performs other duties as assigned by Director of Sales


    • Previous customer service and/or sales experience
    • High energy and friendly personality
    • Comprehension and Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word)
    • Reliable vehicle (all mileage is reimbursable following federal government specified reimbursement rate)
    • Smart phone (coverage is reimbursable)
    • Clean driving record
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Passion for food
    • Previous merchandising experience
    • CRM software experience

    Working Conditions/Environment

     Territory Sales Managers hours of work and locations can vary. The ideal candidate should expect to be in stores during the times that key decision makers and store management are present, typically: 6am-3pm. Work is on the road in store at a minimum 4 out of 5 days per week. Hours per week average 40-50 hours and will include weekend work.

    This position could be based in Minneapolis or Chicago
