Responsible for advancing T. Marzetti’s sales analytics capability through the development, creation, and maintenance of a suite of tools that help answer specific business questions and conducting ad hoc analysis, as required.
Support the ongoing optimization and maintenance of standardized tools and resources used by the T. Marzetti commercial organization that enable higher levels of productivity and reduce ad hoc analysis. Focus Areas:
Suite of Consumption Tools
Trade Spend Toolkit
Identify issues with systems that impact data integrity. Bring to the attention of key stakeholders and recommend corrective actions.
Deliver insights and recommendations based on shipment, consumption and spending trends.
Provide analysis, as needed, for customer scorecards and presentations.
Bachelor's Degree w/ 2+ years professional experience within analytics, category management, and/or sales. Prior CPG experience is preferred.
Highly advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Fluency with IRI/Nielsen, Business Objects, VBA, and Consumer Packaged goods TPM systems are a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work with various data sources and maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
