As part of a Business-led ERP transformation, T. Marzetti is seeking an experienced Trade Promotion Management IT Business Analyst. The BA will be accountable for utilizing leading ERP implementation practices and software development lifecycle principles to design, configure / develop, test and deploy an integrated ERP solution with SAP S/4 Hana Single Tenant Edition (STE) at the core. The BA will work with an ERP system integration partner team (which will consist of Trade Promotion Management process experts) as well as a T. Marzetti Order to Cash IT Solution Owner and Order to Cash / Trade Promotion Management Business Process Lead to fully define and standardize the end to end Go to Market business processes for the company. The BA will provide expertise in all aspects of SAP’s Trade Management (TPM) and Customer Business Planning (CBP) line of business solutions and as well as integration points with Finance to create a closed loop solution.
The collective teams will define all functional requirements for the Trade Promotion cycle, and build a fully integrated, end-to-end business solution, for all existing business units as well as future business units that may be acquired or constructed by the company.
Works in a normal office environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, see, hear, sit, stand, talk, type, walk and bend while moving about the facility. The noise level in the office is quiet. Extended travel to plants for fit workshops, integration and deployment execution is required.
