    As part of a Business-led ERP transformation, T. Marzetti is seeking an experienced SAP Security Lead.  The Security Lead will be accountable for utilizing leading ERP implementation practices and software development lifecycle principles to design, configure / develop, test and deploy an integrated ERP solution with SAP S/4 Hana Single Tenant Edition (STE) at the core.  The Security Lead will work with an ERP system integration partner team (which will consist of SAP Security and Governance and Controls process experts) deliver the SAP landscapes with regard to Security policy and role/user access assignments. The position will focus on role creation and maintenance, audit support, policy compliance, and user assignment enabling the proper governance, risk and controls for applications, systems, platforms, and services.  The position will ensure compliance with corporate policy and SAP standard methodology with regard to security settings.  Must have an overall general understanding of SAP Security, an ability to tactically and effectively handle projects and policy updates associated with SAP access.

     

    The collective teams will define all functional requirements for role/user access as part of a fully integrated, end-to-end business solution, for all existing business units as well as future business units that may be acquired or constructed by the company. 

    Responsibilities

    • Work collaboratively with various parties, including business representatives, to guide the ERP project.  Leverage prior experience with full-lifecycle SAP implementations to identify and mitigate risks to on-time, on-budget delivery of the project.
    • Effectively communicate issues, decisions reached, and/or the status of the project.
    • Develop centralized process for SAP security role administration.
    • Work with IT Controls and Compliance, Internal Audit, and External Auditors to understand requirements and implement SAP security solutions to meet those requirements.
    • Leverage SAP Security and GRC experience to develop a robust process for user provisioning/de-provisioning, authentication/authorization, and reporting based on business needs, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
    • Design and maintain security roles to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place and achieve targeted SLAs and audit compliance for each landscape (development, QA, production, etc)
    • Define a methodology for security activities and responsibilities.
    • Ensure that changes to roles and system are tested, approved and completed according to company standards. including regulatory and compliance requirements as well as happy path and non-happy path test scenarios.
    • Ensure optimal utilization of technology solutions including system integration best practices, with proper consideration given to “cost vs. benefits.”
    • Impart SAP Security expertise to other T. Marzetti employees through over the shoulder learning, system demonstrations, and coordinated knowledge sharing sessions.
    • Plan, monitor and control the quality aspects of configuration and development progress versus plan.
    • Conduct formal reviews of systems integrator deliverables.
    • Maintain close collaboration and relationships with the business, the systems integration partner, and the enterprise IT team.
    • Embrace and comply with solution governance and methodology.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of SAP Security Design, Implementation and Administration experience
    • Experience with Segregation of Duties (SOD) resolution
    • Experience with user provisioning, role creation and maintenance
    • Strong understanding of SAP authorization concept
    • SAP Experience is mandatory
    • In-depth knowledge of SAP GRC a plus
    • Demonstrated 1 or more SAP implementations leveraging SAP expertise

    Working Conditions/Environment

    Works in a normal office environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, see, hear, sit, stand, talk, type, walk and bend while moving about the facility.  The noise level in the office is quiet.  Extended travel to plants for fit workshops, integration and deployment execution is required.
