This position is responsible for driving process improvement at our manufacturing and distribution site in New Jersey. The Continuous Improvement Engineer will provide coaching and guidance to green belts, and leverage the DMAIC process, TPM and other six sigma tools to facilitate improvements.

Works in a manufacturing environment where the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend and occasionally lift while moving about the facility. The employee is regularly exposed to fumes, odors, dust, oil, slippery floors and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the plant is loud. Earplugs, safety glasses, hairnets, beard-nets (if facial hair exists) and steel toed / slip-resistant shoes are required in the plant in accordance with company GMP and safety standards. Approx. 10 - 15% travel to corporate offices in Columbus, Ohio, and other company locations for education, on-boarding assistance or other company support.
