RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MINIMAL USE OF DIVIDER OIL IN DOUGH TROUGH TO PREVENT STICKING.
RESPONSIBLE TO TAKE DOUGH TEMP AND REPORT ACCURATELY.
RESPONSIBLE FOR PROPER DIVIDING OF DOUGH DROPS AND TAKE-A-WAY BELT SPEEDS FOR BEST DOUGH BALL SEPARATION.
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BEST SCROLL POSSIBLE WITH AN EXCELLENT ROUNDING OF DOUGH.
RESPONSIBLE FOR PROPER PROOF DROPS AND PROOFER SPEED.
RESPONSIBLE FOR TOTAL LINE EFFECIENCY / LINE SPEED, DIVIDER, DIVIDER TAKE-A-WAY BELT, ROUNDER, BELT FEED ONTO PROOF DROP, PROOFER DROP, AND PROOFER SPEED.
RESPONSIBLE TO KEEP GOOD PROOF DROPS INTO PROOFER AND PATTERNS THROUGH THE DOUBLES ELIMINATOR.

RESPONSIBLE TO FILL FLOUR BUCKETS PER COMPANY SOP.
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPER AND TIMELY PLACEMENT OF PEEL BOARDS INTO BOARD ADVANCE. DO NOT THROW BOARDS INTO BOARD ADVANCE. DOING SO WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO BOARDS AND MACHINE.
RESPONSIBLE FOR MOVING LOADED BOARD CARTS TO THE LINE FOR USE.
RESPONSIBLE FOR HELPNG CO-WORKERS AS NEEDED TO MAINTAIN PRODUCTION PACE.
RESPONSIBLE FOR INSPECTING BOARDS BEING USED AND PLACING UNACCEPTABLE BOARDS OFF TO SIDE PER SOP’S.
PERFORM ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY A SUPERVISOR.
RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL E-STOP BUTTONS OR SWITCHES ARE WORKING.
RESPONSIBLE FOR LINES PAPERWORK AS NEEDED.
RESPONSIBLE TO INFORM SUPERVISION OF ANY AND ALL SAFETY, OPERATIONAL, AND MECHANICAL CONCERNS.
Must be Able to Work Sunday-Friday 4:30pm-12:30am
1. Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisor and other employees regarding dough conditions and mechanical problems.
2. Must show up on time and work weekends as scheduled.
3. Must be able to stand for an 8- 12 hour shift with a 30 minute lunch break.
