Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance

The Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Finance will engage in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment to ensure the alignment to and accomplishment of the organizations goals and objectives. 

• Enhance best in class SAP analytics and reporting for plants that have gone live in SAP and are going live in SAP
• Work with plant controllers, plant management and corporate management to understand analytics and reporting needs
• Include feedback and provide direction of analytics and reporting needs
• Support future go-lives of remaining plants
• Support controllers in go-live activities and training as needed
• Evaluate and ensure readiness of plant financial teams
• Dotted line supervision of plant controllers associated with select facilities
• Implement best practice processes to ensure accuracy in results and forward-looking plans
• Provide feedback and coaching as needed
• Develop finance team members for future Plant Controllers
• Support FP&A arm of Supply Chain Finance
• Create and implement metrics and tools to evaluate results, performance trends, and root cause variances to support teams in identifying action plans for continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement models for evaluating other operations and supply scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross functional partners to evaluate and recommend various supply alternatives.
• Work with controllers to understand key factors and provide commentary of results
• Budget and forecast financial operating plan based off of trends, known inputs and feedback from the plants

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations Research, Business Administration or related quantitative field and at least 7 years of experience in a CPG or Retail finance field.   Deep knowledge of SAP and experience implementing an SAP system a must.  Proven track record of collaborating with cross functional teams and driving results.  Leading either directly or indirectly individuals or groups to accomplish goals and objectives.
