The Customer Vice President of Walmart/Sam's Sales is the leader of T. Marzetti’s Walmart / Sam’s Team. He or she is responsible for translating corporate strategy into actionable sales executable for the benefit of the retail business unit and is a member of Sales Leadership Team. This role would ideally be located in the Bentonville market, or one of these 4 additional locations (Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or Charlotte which would require regular travel to Bentonville.)

T. Marzetti Company, is looking for someone to assist in operation of packaging equipment, inspects product, fills feed trays, assembles boxes, packs product into cases, stacks filled cases on pallets for shipping, and performs other duties as needed to ensure continuous operation of a product filling/packaging line at its Horse Cave Plant. This position may be rotated on all lines within department.
This is a 2nd shift position.
Receives, ships, transfers and stores raw materials, packaging materials and finished products and other material in a safe and organized manner using powered industrial trucks. Maintains the quality of perishable items and inventories of all warehouse goods. Supplies packaging and processing areas with supplies as needed to ensure continuous production. This is a first shift position.
This position is a developmental role with a strong path to becoming a Plant Manager within 18 to 24 months. As such, this role has heavy interaction with the Director of Operations and others deemed critical in their personal development plan. The APM should lead their team/s to achieve high levels of improvement and be an example for our future leaders. The position will lead at least two departments within the business unitto learn areas that generally have competing objectives. The Assistant Plant Manager is responsible for setting strategy in coordination with both departments and leading through the execution. The APM should treat the scope as though he was a plant manager of those two departmental areas.
Responsible for operating industrial equipment and forklift trucks to perform all material handling assignments. Identify and transport material to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks, into and out of trailers. Stand up and Reach experience is required.
Performs all duties and responsibilities to include assists with basic mechanical and electrical duties, as required to maintain the Plant’s physical structure, grounds, machinery and equipment.
The Director of Commodities is responsible for over 300 million USD spend. The categories are complex and volatile from a Supply Chain and Price Risk Management perspective. The individual in this position should have a strong Commodity background, with strategic sourcing experience, a demonstrated capability to develop a holistic strategy for Edible Oils, Dairy, Grains, Sweeteners, Eggs and Energy. The individual will lead and support the team to reach cost savings targets and provide solid advice and strategy on all markets impacting T. Marzetti.

T. Marzetti Company is looking for someone to provide for the maintenance and repair of the plant’s machinery, grounds, buildings and equipment. This is the entry level position in the maintenance classification and is expected to perform the job functions under minimal supervision.
Directs and manages the overall housekeeping and sanitation of food contact areas and manufacturing equipment to ensure compliance to required standards for cleanliness. Directs the plant's production activities on a designated shift in a safe and efficient manner to achieve the desired quality, quantity and timely production of product. Assures quality and safety while achieving established goals and objectives.
The position is responsible for aligning business objectives with team members and management in designated business units. The Plant HR Manager serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues. They will act as a team member champion and change agent. They assess and anticipate HR-related needs. Communicating those needs proactively to the HR department and business leaders. They seek to develop integrated solutions and formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to leadership and team members that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
The analyst position is key in maintaining the quality of incoming ingredients, in line product, and finished product. This person shall report any non conformance of finished product to the QA Supervisor or Manager.

Directs and manages all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, processing, maintenance, human resources, sanitation, accounting, materials management and other requirements necessary to the successful operations of the plant. Assures quality and safety while achieving established objectives and profitability.
Ensure all maintenance activities and operations are smoothly conducted and all systems of a facility are appropriately functioning. Identify areas to improve processes, procedures, maintenance practices, quality initiatives, and on-going training for all maintenance staff. Improve functionality and reliability of all production and facility equipment, including but not limited to: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems equipment and components. Develop, design, implement, and facilitate safety processes and procedures. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SECOND SHIFT - Mon thru Fri 5p to 2a
