Ensure all maintenance activities and operations are smoothly conducted and all systems of a facility are appropriately functioning. Identify areas to improve processes, procedures, maintenance practices, quality initiatives, and on-going training for all maintenance staff. Improve functionality and reliability of all production and facility equipment, including but not limited to: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems equipment and components. Develop, design, implement, and facilitate safety processes and procedures. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SECOND SHIFT - Mon thru Fri 5p to 2a
Looking for a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift.
Assists in operation of packaging equipment, inspects product, fills feed trays, assembles boxes, packs product into cases, and performs other duties as needed to ensure continuous operation of a product filling/packaging line. This position may be rotated on all lines within the production/packaging area.
Monitor accuracy of all paperwork, allocation, pallet integrity, and ingredients. Must possess adequate mathematical aptitude in order to keep accurate inventory records and maintain allocation program. Must have the ability, and be fully trained and licensed, to drive a sit-down tow motor. Work well with other employees and supervisors to ensure the efficiency of the operation at all times. Perform all required cleanup duties as required (Employee Area Acceptance), without having to be directed to such tasks. Receives verbal and/or written instructions from Supervisor/lead person.
Receives, ships, transfers and stores raw materials, packaging materials and finished products in a safe and organized manner for an assigned shift. Maintains the quality of perishable items and inventories all warehoused goods. Supplies packaging and processing areas with supplies as needed to ensure continuous production.

Perform inspection and a variety of packing duties required for all products produced at New York Frozen Foods. This includes but is not limited to, slotting of bread, indexing of bread (bagged or not), stacking of bread slices, packing finished product in cases, stacking of finished cases on pallets, feeding of bread slices; check weighing of finished cases, area cleanup as required by the supervisor and in keeping with the NYFF Employee Area Acceptance Program. Receives verbal and/or written instructions from Supervisor.
Objective: Contributes to the overall manufacturing environment by completing preventative maintenance, completing and participating in projects to increase overall equipment efficiency, be able to troubleshoot general mechanical and electrical issues on production lines including conveyors and packaging equipment. Engage with operators and management team to develop and execute process improvement initiatives.

Class A Driver will shuttle trailers of finished goods and raw materials to plants, warehouses, and customer locations. Will be responsible for dropping and hooking trailers and completing yard moves. This work is located in the Columbus, Grove City, Central Ohio area. The Driver will start and end their shift at either our Grove City or Columbus, OH locations.
Responsible for all office tasks, including but not limited to Appointment Scheduler, Check Point, Operations and Front Desk, on a rotating basis. This will be Monday-Friday 2nd shift.
Position Summary: Generally responsible for processing invoices and issuing payments. A number of related tasks are included in this function. Perform accounting and clerical duties related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
