Objective: Contributes to the overall manufacturing environment by completing preventative maintenance, completing and participating in projects to increase overall equipment efficiency, be able to troubleshoot general mechanical and electrical issues on production lines including conveyors and packaging equipment. Engage with operators and management team to develop and execute process improvement initiatives.

This position is responsible for all EH&S programming at plant level. This position administers facility Workers Compensation, OSHA compliance programming and necessary medical care/case management.

Directs the plant’s production activities on a designated shift in a safe and efficient manner to achieve the desired quality, quantity and timely production of product. Assures quality and safety while achieving established goals and objectives.

Marzetti Company, is looking for someone to assist in operation of packaging equipment, inspects product, fills feed trays, assembles boxes, packs product into cases, stacks filled cases on pallets for shipping, and performs other duties as needed to ensure continuous operation of a product filling/packaging line at its Horse Cave Plant. This position may be rotated on all lines within department.
